We are Gus and Juno, and we started ‘grette because salad dressings needed a glow-up. The shelves were full of options that were either twee, oily, or packed with preservatives—none of which screamed delicious or interesting.

So, we set out to create something different: dressings that lead with flavour and look as good as they taste. Every bottle is hand-filled, sealed, and labeled in our Brixton kitchen—because real care goes into every drop.
